Outpatient Program (OP)

In addition to our inpatient options, Beachside Emotional Wellness also offers an outpatient program. Outpatient addiction recovery programs offer 12-step programs, various modes of therapy as well as establishment of an extended network of care and support. We want to help our clients get sober, we also want to see them live fulfilled lives. During your stay in an outpatient program, you will work with a personal addiction counselor to draft an extensive dual diagnosis treatment plan that addresses overall mental health by committing to habitual therapy.
Our outpatient programs are designed for our clients who have less of a dependence on drugs and can leave the facility to sleep in your own bed at night. Throughout this program, clients learn to build on the skills and tools they’ve gained from the Beachside Emotional Wellness. The outpatient programs are when clients can still attend school and work while attending treatment. This transitional period is important because clients learn how to balance the pressures of school, work, and daily life, along with maintaining their sobriety. This program was created for individuals can’t take time off of work or school in order to recover.

Designing a Customized Addiction Treatment Plan

Education

During the program, you will work with your case manager to design a personalized treatment program. Therapists will follow this plan by using a variety of therapeutic methods to discover the root causes of your addiction, helping you develop future goals and effective techniques. The primary objective of outpatient programs is to focus on positive endeavors like school and finding a career to avoid cravings and triggers.

Therapy

While participating in the program, our clients are required to attend group therapy every week. Individual counseling is also crucial to a full recovery. Throughout the program, clients are encouraged to meet with their personal counselor as needed. We enable you to be self-sufficient and re-enter society with the necessary resources and habits to remain sober indefinitely.

Life Skills

The OP program’s main focus is to teach life skills by helping to create resumes and support clients through learning how to deal with the daily stresses of the outside world. This program is geared toward those who own a vehicle or are comfortable using public transit to commute to meetings.

Throughout the program, Beachside Emotional Wellness will foster a sober support network for you within the surrounding recovery community. Our program director and case managers will address any legal issues you may have and keep your family up to date on your progress. They will also keep them informed about evaluations, therapy choices, and test results you have while in recovery.
